Assembly of hull sections and blocks in the hall and on the slipway - from fitting up the parts to preparing the joints for welding. Our hull fitters work to the shipyard's drawings, in crews with their own foreman.

Shipyard services: hull work, welding and vessel repair
We supply crews of hull fitters, welders, pipefitters, metalworkers and electricians for shipbuilding and vessel repair. Right now we work mainly at the shipyard in Gdańsk on newbuilds, and on contracts abroad.
Scope of work
What we do at the shipyard
Welding
Welders in processes 111 (MMA), 135 (MAG, solid wire), 136 (MAG, flux-cored wire) and 141 (TIG). We match the process and the welders' qualifications to what the project requires.
Pipework
Prefabrication and installation of ship piping - in the engine room, on deck and in technical spaces. Pipefitters and welders work as a pair, so a line is built in one run.
Metalwork and outfitting
Outfitting items and small structures fitted on site. On conversions, also replacement of shell plating and steel structure, through to finishing work.
Electrical installations
Electricians and electrical fitters for cable trays, cable pulling and connections on new and refitted vessels.
Class services for shipowners
Repairs and renewals required by a class survey, carried out while the vessel is laid up - so it returns to service on schedule.
